The McKinley Chalet Resort, one of our Denali lodges, open May 13 - September 18, 2013, offers 345 upscale rooms, fine and casual dining, on-site dinner theater, on-site raft departures, and endless walking trails next to the Nenana River. Spanning over 42 acres, the McKinley Chalet Resot offers a variety of room types and settings to meet everyone’s need to help plan their Alaska adventure travel.
Services:
- Courtesy shuttles will conveniently transport you throughout the resort. The Resort also offers complimentary shuttles between the facility, the Park Mart, the Wilderness Access Center, and the Denali Visitors Center. For your convenience, here is a shuttle schedule.
- The McKinley Chalet Resort is a pickup point for all park tours, and all other local tours and activities.
- The McKinley Chalet Resort offers shuttle transportation to and from the Railroad Depot - on request - and is a pick-up and drop off point for The Park Connection.

Mini Suites
The perfect space to spread out, get comfortable and settle in for the vacation of a lifetime. Mini Suites, along the glacial-fed Nenana River, add an extra element of relaxation and luxury. Suites feature one double and one twin bed – ideal for families. An additional sitting room offers a pull-out sofa bed.

Cottonwood Rooms
Ideal for couples or families, Cottonwood Rooms are furnished with two queen beds and sleep up to four adults. Cottonwood View Rooms are nestled right alongside the riverbank, and offer spectacular views.
