The McKinley Chalet Resort, open May 11 - September 19, 2010, offers 345 upscale rooms, fine and casual dining, on-site dinner theater, on-site raft departures, and endless walking trails next to the Nenana River. Spanning over 42 acres, the McKinley Chalets offers a variety of room types and settings to meet everyone’s need.
You’ll enjoy the convenience of two full-service restaurants, several retail, food and beverage outposts, and coffee carts throughout the facility. The Nenana View Bar & Grille offers an inventive menu featuring outstanding appetizers, fresh Alaskan seafood, delectable desserts, and the finest wine list in the area. The Courtyard Café offers simple, hearty fare with freshly prepared food in our multiple action station, all in a casual setting.
Services:
- Courtesy shuttles will conveniently transport you throughout the resort. The Resort also offers complimentary shuttles between the facility, the Park Mart, the Wilderness Access Center, and the Denali Visitors Center. For your convenience, here is a shuttle schedule.
- The McKinley Chalet Resort is a pickup point for all park tours, and all other local tours and activities.
- The McKinley Chalet Resort offers shuttle transportation to and from the Railroad Depot - on request - and is a pick-up and drop off point for The Park Connection.
