Booking, payment, cancellation and change policy - Full payment is due at the time of booking. - Reservations cancelled more than 14 days in advance of stay are subject to a fee of 10% of all charges. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of stay are non-refundable. - Once booked any reservation changes are subject to a change fee of $10 per reservation. - For reservations made more than 30 days in advance, a grace period of 14 days applies from date of booking where change and cancellation fees are waived.

In celebration of PBS’ airing of “America’s Best Idea: The National Parks” throughout February, the National Park Foundation and ARAMARK Parks and Destinations are inviting you to explore your land – America’s national parks. It’s easy – go online and travel through http://thisisyourland.nationalparks.org, explore the parks, and then tag them with your favorite moments, stories and experiences for the world to see. As your reward you will have the chance to explore your land in person! Individuals that tag at least one park will be entered to win a 3-night all-inclusive (lodging, resort credit and airfare) trip to one of the National Parks listed below:
In addition, the grand prize winner will also receive:
