Denali Park Resorts and Tours Deposit Requirements
Advanced payment is required within 10 days of booking reservations. Payment may be made by credit card only, however if the payment is not received by the end of the 10-day grace period the reservation is subject to automatic cancellation.
Denali Park Resorts and Tours Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may change or cancel your reservations up until 31 days prior to arrival. There will be a 10% cancellation fee of the entire reservation amount for any cancellations. There is a 10 day grace period, with no cancellation penalty, if reservations are cancelled within 10 days of booking confirmation (41 or more days prior to arrival).
For reservations that include a voucher: All vouchers must be returned in a timely manner after cancellation of a reservation in order to receive a refund. Denali Park Resorts and Tours will not be responsible for lost or misdirected mail. It is the voucher holder’s responsibility to ensure its return to the address printed on the envelope of this Confirmation. Refunds will not be issued without the return of the appropriate voucher(s).
Hotel Confirmations:
Every effort will be made to not move your room from your confirmed hotel; at times due to extenuation circumstances moving the room from one hotel to another may be necessary. In the event that a move is required Glacier Bay Lodge and Tours will work closely with you to ensure a smooth transition of the process.
