Great for families and convenient for travelers with their own vehicle, the McKinley Village Lodge allows you the opportunity to be close to the action, and a quiet place to relax at night and listen to the river go by.  Rooms are spread out within six two-story buildings.  There are no elevators and all rooms feature inside accessibility.

Conveniently located in the lobby building is a full service restaurant, gift shop full of Alaskan treasures and tour desk to book all your park tours and activities.

The McKinley Village Lodge is currently under construction of a new 15,600 square foot Multi-Function facility.

Constructed with environmentally responsible material, this new facility will feature a high-timber lodge look and feel, Denali National Park & Preserve interpretive messaging and house the Gold Rush Dining Room, Lucky Miss Saloon, Quigley’s Coffee Station, Gift Shop and Lobby Check-in area.  The facility sits adjacent to the Nenana River with a stone-laden patio & two exterior fire pits for outdoor seating and breathtaking views.

In addition, the McKinley Village has also embarked on a complete renovation of the guest rooms to include a new bathroom design, 32 inch flat screen TV’s and  upgraded guest amenities in the rooms.

The new facility and renovations will be complete prior to opening on May 26, 2009.

Room comes standard with two double beds.  Room sleeps up to four comfortably.  Room amenities include: television, in room phone, alarm clock, hair dryer and coffee maker. 

Riverview Room
Room is standard with two double beds overlooking the Nenana River.  Room sleeps up to four comfortably.  Room amenities include: television, in room phone, alarm clock, hair dryer and coffee maker. 

King Studio Room
Room comes standard with king bed.  Room is designed to sleep two.  Room amenities include: television, in room phone, alarm clock, hair dryer, and coffee maker.
