Courtesy shuttles effortlessly move guests to and from the various outposts and attractions within the resort.  The McKinley Chalet Resort offers complimentary shuttles between the facility and the Denali Visitors Center, located approximately one mile south.

This room configuration comes standard with one double and one twin bed.  Sitting room features a pull out sofa bed.  This room sleeps up to four adults.  Room amenities include: Television, in room phone, alarm clock, hair dryer, and coffee maker.  The tour desk and gift shop are located in the lobby.

Cottonwood View Room
Located right along the riverbank, the Cottonwood View room is furnished with two queen beds, and sleeps up to four adults.  Room amenities include: Television, in room phone, alarm clock, hair dryer, and coffee maker.  The tour desk and gift shop are located in the lobby.  Cottonwood building features all rooms with indoor access.

You’ll want to make a reservation for our nightly theatrical production called “Alaska Cabin Nite Dinner Theater.”  This two-hour event features a family-style dinner which includes BBQ ribs, honey-glazed salmon, homemade biscuits, corn, baked beans, salad, and blueberry cobbler.  After dinner the real fun begins with a “loosely-based” storytelling of the life and times of Fannie Quigley, a homesteader to the Kantishna area in 1905.  Full of song and dance, Alaska Cabin Nite will leave you with a smile on your face and a full stomach.
